Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring professional tools and eco-friendly products. If you prefer us to use yours, just tell us.
Are you insured and do you background-check your staff?
Yes—fully insured. All team members are vetted and trained on safety and quality standards.
How do I prepare my home before the team arrives?
Please pick up personal items and ensure access. For deep cleans/move-outs, empty cabinets/drawers if we will clean the inside.

Residential & Deep Cleaning

What’s the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
Standard focuses on maintenance (surfaces, kitchen/bath touch-ups, floors). Deep cleaning targets build-up: grout/tiles, baseboards, blinds, fixtures, vents, high-touch disinfection, edge vacuuming, etc.
How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on size/condition. Small homes: ~2–4 hrs. Large homes or heavy build-up: 4–6+ hrs with a team of 2–4.
Do you move furniture or clean behind appliances?
We clean accessible areas and under light furniture. For safety we don’t move heavy/fragile items or pull out major appliances unless pre-arranged.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Do you clean inside cabinets and drawers?
Yes—interiors are included in our move clean (must be empty). We also clean closet shelves, tracks, baseboards and more.
Is inside oven/fridge included?
They’re popular add-ons. We can include them in your quote or schedule them separately.
Can you help me meet deposit/inspection standards?
Yes. We follow deposit-friendly checklists and offer a walkthrough at the end to confirm everything looks great.

Airbnb & Vacation Rental

Do you handle back-to-back same-day turnovers?
Yes. We coordinate time windows, staging and restock so check-ins happen on time.
Do you provide linens and toiletries?
Hosts usually supply preferred brands. We can launder & restock or use a laundry add-on.
Can you send photos after each turnover?
Absolutely—photo reports are available upon request, including damages/low inventory notes.

Office & Commercial

Can you clean after business hours or weekends?
Yes. Most of our commercial clients choose after-hours or weekend service to avoid interruptions.
Do you restock restroom supplies?
We can restock paper, soap and liners (client-provided or via supplier) and keep a communication log.
Do you offer floor care, carpet or window add-ons?
Yes—carpet/upholstery treatment, interior glass/partitions and floor buff/scrub are available as add-ons.

Seasonal Cleaning & Winter Home Care

How often do you check a home during winter?
Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. We can send photo updates, thermostat readings and notes.
Can you schedule a pre-arrival clean before I return?
Yes—many clients book a pre-arrival refresh with fresh linens and restock of basics.

Pricing & Booking

How is pricing calculated?
Based on size, number of baths/rooms, condition, frequency and selected add-ons (oven, fridge, windows, laundry, etc.). We provide a clear, itemized quote.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. Same-day changes are subject to availability.
