Glowspace Cleaning – Clear & friendly terms so you know exactly what to expect.

Welcome to Glowspace Cleaning! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. GlowSpace is operated by BERART Services LLC :
1. Services Provided
Glowspace offers professional cleaning services for residential, commercial, and vacation rental properties. The scope of services will be specified in your booking confirmation (e.g., standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, or Airbnb turnover).
2. Booking & Scheduling
- All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled service.
- Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) may result in a cancellation fee of $50.
3. Payments
- Payments are due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo Business, and PayPal Business,Bank of America.
- Outstanding balances must be settled within 7 days.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Secure pets and valuables before service.
- Notify Glowspace of any special instructions (fragile items, restricted areas, etc.).
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with the service:
- Contact us within 24 hours.
- A cleaner will return at no additional charge to address missed areas.
6. Liability
- Glowspace is insured, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not disclosed as fragile.
- Clients are responsible for notifying Glowspace of any valuable or delicate items prior to service.
7. Safety
- For the safety of our staff, we do not move heavy furniture or clean hazardous areas.
- Services will not be performed if conditions are unsafe (e.g., mold, pest infestation, or unsafe environment).
8. Seasonal & Special Services
- Additional services (window cleaning, fridge/oven cleaning, carpet shampooing, etc.) must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.
- Seasonal home care and vacation rental turnovers include tailored checklists agreed upon with the client.
9. Termination of Service
Glowspace reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services due to unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or repeated failure to pay.
10. Updates
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
